建筑装潢垃圾含有多种成分,如砖混骨料、加气块、木头、塑料、纸张、金属和细颗粒物等。本文阐述了一种新型建筑装潢垃圾资源化处置工艺。其间采用多级3D滚筒筛、磁选、风选和智能机器人并辅助人工分拣工艺,从建筑装潢垃圾分拣出金属、加气块、塑料和粉料等多种成品和骨料。绝大部分成品可以出售给下游加工企业,骨料经过破碎后也可以出售给下游加工企业。

Construction and decoration waste contains a variety of ingredients,such as brick and concrete aggregates,aerated blocks,wood,plastic,paper,metal and fine particles.This paper describes a new type of construction and decoration waste resource disposal technology.During the process,multi-level 3D roller screens,magnetic separation,winnowing and intelligent robots are used,and the manual sorting process is assisted to sort out various finished products and aggregates such as metals,aerated blocks,plastics and powders from construction and decoration waste.Most finished products can be sold to downstream processing companies,and aggregates can also be sold to downstream processing companies after crushing.
