工业园区环境影响评价中的污染物总量控制

Total Quantity Control of Pollutants in Industrial Park Environmental Impact Assessment

针对工业园区环境影响评价中的污染物总量控制,本文结合实际案例,在简要阐述污染物总量控制原则和常用方法的基础上,分析了污染物总量控制在工业园区环境影响评价中的具体应用。分析结果表明,工业园区是工业发展到一定程度的产物,具有很强的综合性,对环境造成的影响也比较大。基于污染物总量控制的环境影响评价,可快速、准确获知工业园区环境污染情况,为环境污染治理提供真实有效的数据支持和理论指导,值得大范围推广应用。

Aiming at the total amount of pollutants control in the environmental impact assessment of industrial parks,this paper combines actual cases and briefly describes the principles and common methods of total pollutant control,and analyzes the effects of total pollutant control in the environmental impact assessment of industrial parks.application.The analysis results show that the industrial park is a product of industrial development to a certain extent,is highly comprehensive,and has a relatively large impact on the environment.The environmental impact assessment based on total pollutant control can quickly and accurately learn the environmental pollution situation of industrial parks,provide real and effective data support and theoretical guidance for environmental pollution control,and is worthy of widespread application.
