基于污染源排放清单的大气污染防治对策与建议——以湖南长沙为例

Countermeasures and Suggestions for Air Pollution Prevention and Control Based on Pollution Source Emission List——Take Changsha City of Hunan Province as Example

打好污染防治攻坚战的重点是打赢蓝天保卫战。本文通过收集2018年湖南长沙中心城区范围内各类大气污染源基础信息、排放强度等数据资料,建立长沙市大气污染源排放源清单,并通过开展源解析,结合蓝天保卫战目标、方法、要求,有针对性地提出了大气污染防治对策与建议,为空气质量预警预报、重污染天气应对、大气污染物减排及空气质量达标规划等工作提供参考依据。

The point of pollution control tough battle is to win the blue sky protection campaign.By collecting basic information and emission intensity of various air pollution sources within the central urban area of Changsha,Hunan in 2018,this paper established a list of air pollution sources and emission sources in Changsha,and put forward air pollution prevention and control countermeasures and suggestions through the source analysis,combining with the objectives,methods and requirements of the blue sky defense war,in order to provide reference for air quality early warning and forecast,heavy pollution weather response,air pollutant emission reduction,air quality compliance planning,etc.
