摘要
目的研发一种手术病人升温系统,实现手术病人的体温提升和防护。方法基于微处理器控制技术、计算机辅助图形设计技术,运用C编程语言开发的手术病人升温系统包含主机、送风管和充气升温毯3部分。其中,主机采用Atmega168单片机为微处理器,实现PTC加热器、风机的运行及异常报警防护的控制;温度检测模块采用PIC16f819单片机为微处理器,实现温度的检测和处理,温度传感器采用热敏电阻RT50;显示模块采用7段数码管。结果经测试和EMC检验表明,研发的手术病人升温系统可准确加温,并且5 min后在预设的最终加热温度保持恒定;配套使用的充气升温毯内温度较均衡(温差±3℃);系统满足YY0505-2012电磁兼容标准,主机离心风机噪声在50~55 dB,适于手术室应用。结论该系统已用于临床,为手术病人提供了一种便携可靠的体温提升和防护方式,满足手术室手术病人体温升温和防护需要。
Objective To design a heating system for surgical patients to increase and protect their body temperature.Methods Based on microprocessor control technology,computer-aided graphics technology and C programming language,operating patient warming system was composed of three parts:mainframe,air supply duct and inflatable heating blanket.The Atmega168 single chip microcomputer was used as microprocessor of the mainframe to realize the operation of PTC heater and fan,and control of abnormal alarm protection.The PIC16 f819 single chip microcomputer was used as microprocessor of temperature detection module to realize the temperature detection and processing,the thermistor RT50 was used as temperature sensor,and the 7-segment digital tube was used as display module.Results The experimental and EMC test showed that the heating system for surgical patients can be heated accurately and keep constant at the preset final heating temperature after 5 min.The temperature in the inflatable heating blanket was relatively balanced(the temperature difference was within 3℃).The system met the YY0505-2012 electromagnetic compatibility standard,and the noise of the centrifugal fan of the main machine was 50~55 dB,which was suitable for application in operating room.Conclusion The system has been used in clinical practice,and provides a portable and reliable way to raise and protect the body temperature of surgical patients,which can meet the needs of temperature rising and protection of surgical patients in operating room.
