摘要
为规范生产企业、检测机构红外测温仪最大允许误差的检测,本文结合GB/T 21417.1-2008、GB/T 19146-2010、GB/T19665-2005三个标准要求,介绍了最大允许误差的测试技巧和方法,并重点总结了试验的注意事项,而且发现测量距离不同,测量光轴与黑体腔轴线不重合,最大允许误差有明显变化。本文提出的最大允许误差的正确测试方法,能有效避免检测错误并提高检测效率。而且此方法有利于保证上市前的产品安全有效,并规范和指导医疗器械的检测工作。
To standardize the detection of the maximum allowable error of infrared thermometer for manufacturing enterprises and testing institutions,this paper proposes strategies based on the requirements of GB/T 21417.1-2008,GB/T 19146-2010 and GB/T 19665-2005.This article introduced the test techniques and methods of the maximum allowable error,and summarized the test precautions,and also found that the measurement distance is different,the measuring optical axis does not coincide with the black body cavity axis,and the maximum allowable error changes significantly.The correct test method of maximum allowable error proposed in this paper can effectively avoid detection error and improve detection efficiency.Moreover,this method is helpful to ensure the safety and effectiveness of products before marketing,and to standardize and guide the detection of medical devices.
