基于高速拍照仪的儿科集中预约管理平台的设计与应用

Design and Application of Pediatric Centralized Appointment Management Platform Based on High-Speed Camer

目的探讨基于高速拍照仪的儿科集中预约管理平台的设计与应用,为提高检查科室间的协调性及其工作效率提供参考。方法选取2018年7至12月未使用高速拍照仪的儿科集中预约管理平台4511张检查预约单作为对照组,另选取2019年1至6月使用高速拍照仪的儿科集中预约管理平台的5426张检查预约单作为观察组。观察并比较两组预约单错误情况。结果观察组预约单纠正错误25张,多于对照组的22张,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于高速拍照仪的儿科集中预约管理平台应用于门诊检查统一预约中,可以显著降低检查预约的差错率,降低医疗纠纷,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the design and application of a centralized appointment management platform for pediatrics based on high-speed camera,so as to provide reference for improving the coordination among examination departments and their work efficiency.Method The 4511 examination appointment sheets of the centralized pediatric appointment management platform that did not use the high-speed camera from July to December 2018 were selected as the control group.In addition,5426 examination appointment sheets from the pediatric centralized appointment management platform using high-speed camera devices from January to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.The errors of the two groups of appointment orders were observed and compared.Result There were 25 cases of correction errors in the appointment form in the observation group,which was more than 22 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pediatric centralized appointment management platform based on the high-speed camera is used in the unified appointment of outpatient examinations,which can significantly reduce the error rate of examination appointments and reduce medical disputes.It is worthy of clinical application.
