缺铁性贫血患者铁代谢与血小板参数的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between Iron Metabolism and Platelet Parameters in Patients with Iron Deficiency Anemia

目的探讨缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者铁代谢情况与血小板参数之间的相关性,以期对疾病临床诊治有一定借鉴作用。方法选择2017.3~2018.3收治的70例IDA患者(IDA组)与同期体检健康的50例志愿者(健康组),对比两组受检者血小板[血小板计数(BPC)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)]与血清铁参数检测情况,并采用Pearson进行相关性分析。结果IDA轻度组PLT、MPV、水平高于健康组(P<0.01或P<0.05);IDA中度组PLT、MPV、MPV与健康组无明显差异(P>0.05);IDA重度组以上血小板参数高于健康组(P<0.05);和健康组相比较,IDA组血清铁(SI)、铁蛋白(SF)高于健康组、可溶性转铁蛋白受体(sTFR)水平低于健康组,经比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论血清铁与转铁蛋白饱和度是影响血小板数目的重要指标,缺铁越严重,血小板计数越高。

Objective To explore the correlation between iron metabolism and platelet parameters in patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA),so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods 70 IDA patients(IDA group)and 50 healthy volunteers(healthy group)were selected from March 2017 to March 2018.The detection of platelet(PLT,MPV,PDW)and serum iron parameters were compared between the two groups,and Pearson was used for correlation analysis.Results The level of PLT,MPV in IDA mild group was higher than that in healthy group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);there was no significant difference in PLT,MPV and MPV between IDA moderate group and healthy group(P>0.05);the platelet parameters above IDA severe group were higher than that in healthy group(P<0.05);compared with healthy group,the serum iron(SI),ferritin(SF)and soluble transferrin receptor(sTFR)in IDA group were higher than those in healthy group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The saturation of serum iron and transferrin is an important index that affects the number of platelets.
