摘要 为防止扭矩测试实验台底座与电机发生共振且对实验台造成损坏,使用SolidWorks建立了实验台底座的三维模型,对尼龙、灰铸铁、铝材3种不同材质的实验台底座进行模态分析,得到其前三阶的振型和固有频率。通过讨论3种不同材质底座的影响,对扭矩测试实验台底座的设计提供了重要依据,在满足静力学强度和变形的条件下,实现轻量化设计,满足工作需求,最终选用铝材质的扭矩测试实验台底座。 In order to prevent the resonance between the base of the torque test-bed and the motor and damage to the test-bed,SolidWorks is used to build a three-dimensional model of the base of the test-bed,and the modal analysis of the base of the test-bed made of nylon,grey cast iron and aluminum is carried out to obtain the first three modes and natural frequencies.By discussing the influence of three kinds of base materials,this paper provides an important basis for the design of the base of the torque test-bed.Under the condition of meeting the static strength and deformation,the light-weight design is realized to meet the work requirements,and finally the aluminum base of the torque test-bed is selected.
