摘要
对空气取水的研究受到广泛关注,针对空气冷凝结露取水法能量消耗巨大,出水量低的问题,设计了基于STM32的空气取水装置。该装置利用压缩机制冷作为冷源,以STM32F407ZGT9为控制主芯;通过调节风速和水冷箱温度,在保证制水量的同时,使之在最优工况下工作,减少了电能损耗,提高了制水效率。通过搭建相关试验台进行验证,试验结果理想,取水效果良好,验证了该装置设计的可行性,对空气取水装置的研究具有重要意义。
The research on extracting water from air has received widespread attention.Aiming at the problems of huge energy consumption and low water output of air cooling condensation dew water extraction method,this paper designs a device for extracting water from air based on STM32.The device uses the compressor as the cold source,and uses STM32F407ZGT9 as the main control core.By adjusting the wind speed and the temperature of the water cooling box,it can ensure the water production at the optimal working condition,reduce the power loss and improve the efficiency of water production.It is verified by building a related test bench that the test results are ideal and the water intake effect is good,which verified the feasibility of the device design,and is of great significance to the research of air water intake devices.
