摘要
目的探究不同类型的关节炎患者血液与关节液中尿酸(UA)、抗链球菌溶血素O (ASO)及类风湿因子(RF)含量的比较分析。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月湛江中心人民医院检验的200例不同类型关节炎患者样本,依据不同疾病类型分为反应性关节炎组、痛风性关节炎组、类风湿性关节炎组和创伤性关节炎组,每组50例。结果痛风性关节炎组血液与关节液中UA含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。反应性关节炎组、类风湿性关节炎组和创伤性关节炎组血液中的UA含量高于关节液(P<0.05)。4组血液中的ASO含量高于关节液中的含量(P<0.05)。类风湿组关节炎组血液与关节液中的RF含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。反应性关节炎组、痛风性关节炎组和创伤性关节炎组血液中RF含量高于关节液中RF含量(P<0.05)。结论据此研究明确患者血液中UA、ASO及RF含量高于关节液中含量,因此通过对关节液中各项指标的测定能够提升关节炎患者的诊断准确性。
【Objective】 To explore the comparative analysis of uric acid(UA), anti-streptolysin O(ASO), and rheumatoid factor(RF) content in blood and joint fluid of patients with different types of arthritis. 【Methods】 The sample of this study was selected from patients with different types of arthritis in our hospital. The total study sample number was 200 cases. The study period began in May 2017 and ended in May 2019. They were divided into the rheumatoid arthritis group, the gouty arthritis group,the reactive arthritis group, and the traumatic arthritis group according to different types of arthritis with 50 cases in each group. The indexes of the four groups were compared. 【Results】 It was clear from the study that there was no statistical difference in uric acid content between blood and joint fluid in patients with gouty arthritis(P>0.05), and the uric acid content in blood was higher in patients in the other groups than in joint fluid(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in rheumatoid factor content between blood and synovial fluid in rheumatoid arthritis patients(P>0.05), and the rheumatoid factor content in blood of patients in the other groups was higher than that in synovial fluid(P<0.05). The content of anti-streptolysin O in the blood of patients in each group was higher than that in synovial fluid(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Based on this study, it is clear that the levels of uric acid(UA), anti-streptolysin O(ASO), and rheumatoid factor(RF) content in patients’ blood are higher than those in synovial fluid.Measurements can improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with arthritis.
