摘要
目的研究单肺通气患者应用七氟烷吸入麻醉的效果及对氧化应激、炎症及血气指标的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年7月于河南电力医院接受单肺通气治疗的86例患者为研究对象,将其以随机抽签法分成研究组和对照组各43例。对照组予以常规麻醉处理,研究组则采用七氟烷吸入麻醉。比较两组在单肺通气前后血清氧化应激指标、炎症因子及血气指标变化情况,不良反应发生情况等方面的差异。结果单肺通气后研究组血清丙二醇(MDA)水平相比对照组较低,而血清超氧化物歧化醇(SOD)水平相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。单肺通气后研究组白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-2 (MIP-2)水平相比对照组较低(P<0.05)。单肺通气后研究组PaO2水平高于对照组,而PaCO2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率相比对照组较低(P<0.05)。结论单肺通气患者应用七氟烷吸入麻醉的效果明显,可有效改善患者氧化应激、炎症及血气指标水平,且有利于降低不良反应发生风险。
【Objective】 To study and analyze the effects of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on oxidative stress, inflammation and blood gas indexes in patients with single lung ventilation. 【Methods】 A total of 86 patients who received single-lung ventilation treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as study subjects and evenly divided into study group and control group by random lottery. The control group was treated with conventional anesthesia while the study group was treated with inhaled sevoflurane. The differences in serum oxidative stress, inflammatory factors, blood gas index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after single lung ventilation. 【Results】 After one lung ventilation, the serum MDA level of the study group was lower than that of the control group, while the serum SOD level was higher than that of the control group(both P<0.05). IL-6, IL-10 and MIP-2 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group after single lung ventilation(all P<0.05).After single lung ventilation, the PaO2 level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the PaCO2 level in the study group was lower than that in the control group(both P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is effective in patients with single lung ventilation, can effectively improve the level of oxidative stress, inflammation and blood gas index, and is conducive to reducing the risk of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
