Study on the Education Value,Difficulties and Strategy of Sports Clubs under the Background of“Moral Establishment and Student Cultivation”

体育社团的育人价值归旨是"立德树人",内涵是培养学生健康生活的能力,涵养学生责任担当的品格。践行的困境是体育社团对学生的健康生活关照不力、对学生的责任担当赋能不足,高校对体育社团的发展保障不强。进一步落实其育人价值的策略:体育社团要强化自组织体系建设,要拓展社团活动内容,要创新社团活动形式;高校要加强服务体系建设。

The purport of the student education value of sports clubs is to realize"moral establishment and student cultivation",and the connotation is to cultivate students’ability to live a healthy life and their character of responsibility.Including the practical difficulties,the management of sports club lacks of care for students’healthy life,lacks of help for students to cultivate students’sense of responsibility,and lacks of protection for the development of sports clubs.This paper puts forward the following strategies for the student education value of sports clubs to strengthen the construction of self-organization system;expand the content of club activities;innovate the form of club activities;and strengthen the construction of service system.
