翻转课堂在普通高校太极拳教学中实践的必要性及实施措施

The Necessity And Implementation of Flipped Classroom in Taijiquan Teaching in Colleges and Universities

随着新时代下新教育理念与方法越来越丰富,为教学效果提升有更好推进作用。翻转课堂随着互联网技术的发展与广泛应用,在普通高校太极拳教学中,对于提高学生主动参与课堂学习、增进教学效果以及促进教与学范围扩大等都有重要作用。目前翻转课堂太极拳教学应用中也存在一定的问题,比如学生学习自主性调动困难、合理课件制作不易、课前预习中容易出现失误及损伤等,对学生学习造成很多不利困扰。本文讨论教学实践应用的必要性,并主要探究实施措施,希望能尽量突破教学困境,增进高校太极拳的教学效果。

With the development of new educational ideas and methods in the new era,the teaching effect is better promoted.With the development and wide application of Internet technology,flipped classroom plays an important role in improving students’active participation in classroom learning,enhancing teaching effect and promoting the expansion of teaching and learning range in Taijiquan Teaching in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the application of Taijiquan Teaching in flipped classroom,such as the difficulty in mobilizing students’learning autonomy,the difficulty in making reasonable courseware,and the possibility of mistakes and damages in pre-class preview,which cause many adverse problems in students’learning.This paper discusses the necessity of the application of teaching practice,and mainly explores the implementation measures,hoping to break through the teaching difficulties as far as possible,and to improve the teaching effect of Taijiquan in colleges and universities.
