校园足球背景下深圳市南山区小学校园足球开展现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of School Football in Nanshan District,Shenzhen under the Background of School Football

随着中央层面发布的《中国足球中长期发展规划(2016—2050)》,指出发展青少年校园足球是贯彻党的教育方针。在校园足球的大背景下,本文通过文献研究法、实地考察法、访谈法等方法,对深圳市南山区小学校园足球发展现状分析,分别从小学领导对校园足球的态度;小学足球师资队伍的情况;小学生家长对校园足球的个人看法;小学生对足球项目的参与动机;小学校园足球学生的整体情况;学校足球的组织形式;小学足球的场地器材情况等七个方面;找到当前阶段南山区小学校园足球面临的问题:教学能力与足球专业技能不匹配;校园足球运动织形式较单一;足球场地受到不同程度的限制等,针对以上出现的问题;并提出相关意见或建议,加强校园足球文化建设、营造校园足球氛围;定期对开展教师足球培训、提高教师专业技术水平;丰富校园足球活动、创新组织形式;利用训练选拔优秀队员、提高学生足球水平;及时弥补足球场地面积少的局限性。为深圳市南山区小学校园足球的发展给予理论支撑。

With the"China Football Medium and Long Term Development Plan(2016-2050)"issued at the central level,it is pointed out that the development of youth school football is the implementation of the party’s education policy.In the context of campus football,this article analyzes the current situation of the development of the campus football in Nanshan District,Shenzhen through literature research,field investigation,interview and other methods from 7 aspects——the attitude of primary school leaders to campus football;teaching resource status;personal views of primary school parents on school football;motivation for primary school students to participate in football projects;overall situation of primary school football students;organizational form of school football;primary school football field and equipment.Problems include mismatch between teaching ability and professional football skills;single form of weaving on campus football;and football grounds are subject to varying degrees of restrictions;etc.Suggestions are as follows:strengthen the construction of campus football culture to create a football atmosphere;regularly conduct training for teachers to improve professional skills;enrich campus football activities and innovate organizational forms;use training to select outstanding players and improve the football performance of students;and make up for the limitation of a small football field area in a timely manner.The purpose is to provide theoretical support for the development of football in the primary school campus in Nanshan District of Shenzhen.
