摘要 跳绳运动源远流长,是我国中小学体育课的重要内容,也是高校体育选项课的内容之一,其对青少年身体素质的提高与运动习惯养成具有较强的促进作用。运用文献资料与归纳演绎法,在发现现有跳绳课教学模式存在诸多问题的基础上,通过改革传统体育课的"授受式"学习模式,引入"探究式"学习方法与模式,在"互联网+"背景下,从教学改革内容、实现目标、关键问题与解决方式等层面展开。探讨实现学生在跳绳学习过程中的主体地位,调动学生自主探索学习的积极性、主动性与创造性的策略,以助益青少年体质提升,并促进该运动的传承与发展。 Rope skipping has a long history,which is an important part of physical education in primary and secondary schools in China,as well as one of the optional courses in colleges and universities.It plays a strong role in promoting the improvement of physical quality and the development of sports habits of teenagers.Based on the literature and inductive deduction,this study finds many problems in the teaching mode of rope skipping course,and introduces the inquiry learning method and mode through the reform of the traditional teaching mode of"giving and receiving"in physical education.Under the background of"Internet+",it is carried out from the aspects of teaching reform content,goal,key problems and solutions.This paper discusses how to realize the main position of students in the process of rope skipping learning,and how to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of students to explore their own learning strategies,so as to help teenagers improve their physique and promote the inheritance and development of the sport.
