摘要
目的:通过收集高原低氧训练相关文献来综合评价高原低氧训练对运动员最大摄氧量和血红蛋白的影响。方法:以"高原训练"、"低氧训练"、"运动员"、"最大摄氧量"、"血红蛋白"等为主题词对CNKI、万方、维普进行检索,运用Revman5.3软件对纳入的相关文献进行Meta分析,低氧组与常氧组的指标使用加权标准差(WMD)及95%可信区间来表示。结果:共纳入15个原始研究对象,Meta分析结果显示,与常氧组相比,低氧训练对运动员Hb(WMD=5.73,95%CI:3.84-7.62,p<0.00001)具有显著性的影响,但是对运动员VO2max(WMD=0.39,95%CI:-0.74-1.53,p>0.05)并不具有显著性的影响。结论:本研究结果显示高原低氧训练对运动员的最大摄氧量没有显著性的影响,而对血红蛋白有显著性的影响,提示高原低氧训练使运动员体内的载氧能力得到提高。
Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the effects of altitude hypoxia training on athletes’maximal oxygen uptake and hemoglobin by collecting relevant literatures on altitude hypoxia training.Methods:With"altitude training","low oxygen training","athletes","VO2 Max","hemoglobin"as the theme words to make meta-analysis on related literatures in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP using Revman5.3.The indicators of both hypoxia group and regular oxygen group are shown through weighted standard deviation(WMD)and 95%confidence interval.Results:A total of 15 original subjects are included in the study.Meta analysis shows that,compared with the normal oxygen group,hypoxic training has a significant effect on Hb(WMD=5.73,95%CI:3.84-7.62,p<0.00001),but no significant effect on VO2 max(WMD=0.39,95%CI:-0.74-1.53,p>0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study shows that there is no significant difference in the maximum oxygen uptake of athletes,and there is a significant influence on hemoglobin,which proves that altitude hypoxia training could improve oxygen carrying capacity.
