Laser welder equipment is of great importance in the continuous strip rolling production line of steel industry,its service life can greatly affect production efficiency.With an eye to the use of Miebach laser welder in one large steel enterprise in China,the researchers analyzed optical lens and gas cooling which affect the service life of th laser.It is discovered the service life of laser welder can be increased through laser welding control system which controls start and stop of chiller and through fault diagnosis.
