摘要
为探明二氧六环/水溶液浓度对木质纤维溶液再生性能和“液液”提取木质素-碳水化合物复合体(LCC)效率的影响,采用LiCl/DMSO溶液溶解球磨麦秆原料,再以二氧六环/水溶液再生及同步“液液”提取法获得固体再生产物和LCC组分。研究发现:在二氧六环和水的比例相差较大时(25%或96%,V/V),有利于麦秆溶液的再生,而当两者比例相差较小时,麦秆溶液再生性能降低,但同步“液液”提取效率提高。且纤维素几乎可完全保留在再生产物中,而部分木质素和半纤维素将被“液液”提取,从而实现LCC的提取。二氧六环/水溶液比例为75%时,麦秆溶液再生性能最低,而“液液”提取效率最高。此时,再生产物得率为76.31%,且其中所含木质素缩合程度最低,“液液”提取所得LCC得率可高达32.90%。
To revel the effects of dioxane aqueous solution on the regeneration of wheat straw solution and the isolating efficiency of lignin-carbohydrate complex(LCC),the stalk of wheat straw was ball-milled and dissolved in LiCl/DMSO solution first,then regenerated in dioxane aqueous solution with different concentrations to get regenrations,and LCC was extracted by using liqud-liqud extraction method simultaneously.It was found that wheat straw had a superior regeneration ability in LiCl/DMSO solution when the ratio of dioxane and water was quiet different,i.e.,25%or 96%(V/V);Meanwhile,the component liquid-liquid extracting efficiency from LiCl/DMSO to dioxane aqueous solution was enhanced with a much similar proportion of dioxane and water.The results showed that when the dioxane concentration at 75%,the lowest regeneration ability appeared and the yield was 76.31%,and a lowest condensed lignin degree was revealed synchronously.Furthermore,the yield of the isolated LCC was reach up to 32.90%and indicated the best liquid-liquid extracting efficiency.
