乳腺癌瘤内异质性的研究进展

Research advances on intratumoral heterogeneity of breast cancer

肿瘤瘤内异质性是恶性肿瘤的主要标志之一,已是恶性肿瘤诊断、治疗和预后领域的研究热点。本文主要对乳腺癌瘤内异质性的相关研究进展包括组织病理学异质性、生物标记物异质性、循环肿瘤细胞、遗传异质性以及非遗传异质性及其相关临床意义作一综述,希望对克服乳腺癌的瘤内异质性提供依据。

Intratumoral heterogeneity is one of the main biomarkers of malignant tumors,and it has been a research hotspot in the field of diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of breast cancer.This review focused on the research advances of intratumoral heterogeneity in breast cancer including histopathological heterogeneity,biomarker heterogeneity,circulating tumor cells,genetic heterogeneity,and non-genetic heterogeneity and their associated clinical significance,so as to provide a basis for overcoming the intratumoral heterogeneity of breast cancer.
