摘要
我国已经将发展人工智能技术与产业上升至国家战略,发布了资源配置方案和发展保障措施以确保落实发展规划。在政府规划中也纷纷提出“智慧城市”的建设目标。随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展,该领域的专利活动情况反映了技术应用的发展趋势。通过对人工智能在智慧城市应用中的专利问题进行分析,得出人工智能在智慧城市各个应用领域方面专利及相关技术发展所面临的问题,以期引发相关议题的思考,推动该产业的不断发展与进步。
Artificial intelligence has been raised to the level of national strategy by the Chinese government.Resource allocation scheme has also been developed to ensure the implementation of the plan.In the“13th Five Year Plan”statement,the objective of"Smart City"is clearly made.Patent activity analysis is being referred to more and more as an indicator of the progress of the technology and its application.This paper analyzes the AI patent in the application of smart city,and summarizes the problems faced by AI in various application fields of smart city and development of relevant technologies.This paper also aims to inspire the thinking of related issues and drive continuous development of the industry.
