东北振兴战略背景下哈尔滨市新兴产业的高质量发展

High Quality Development of New Industries in Harbin under the Background of Northeast Revitalization Strategy

随着经济发展进入新时代,战略性新兴产业成为引领产业转型升级的重要引擎。习近平总书记强调,加快推进数字经济、智能制造、生命健康、新材料等战略性新兴产业,形成更多新的增长点、增长极。战略性新兴产业既是壮大新动能的战略重心,也是引领经济发展新增长点。以哈尔滨市新兴产业为研究对象,通过分析其战略性新兴产业发展的现状,找到当前存在的主要问题,从加强产业链条延伸、利用合作契机壮大战略性新兴产业、建立行业技术创新合作联盟等多个方面角度提出培育壮大战略性新兴产业的对策,以促进哈尔滨市产业结构调整,在推进东北振兴、谋划“十四五”时期经济社会发展上有新作为。

As economic development enters a new era,strategic emerging industries have become an important engine leading the transformation and upgrading of industries.General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized to accelerate the promotion of strategic emerging industries such as digital economy,intelligent manufacturing,life and health,and new materials to form more new growth points and growth poles.Strategic emerging industries are not only the strategic focus of strengthening new kinetic energy,but also leading the new growth point of economic development.The article takes Harbin as the research object,analyzes the the current situation of the development of its strategic emerging industries,and identifies the main problems that currently exist.From the perspectives of strengthening the extension of the industrial chain,using cooperation opportunities to expand strategic emerging industries,and establishing industrial technology innovation cooperation alliances,the suggestions for cultivating and expanding strategic emerging industries are proposed to promote the Harbin’s industrial restructuring and make new progress in achieving northeast revitalization,economic and social growth over the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan period.
