社会源危险废弃物的全过程追踪机制研究

Research on the Whole Process Tracking Mechanism of Social Source Hazardous Waste

当前,我国每年产生的社会源危险废弃物数量令人触目惊心。这些废弃物如不加处理而直接排放到环境中,会给环境造成极大的污染,也严重威胁着人类的健康。通过对社会源危险废弃物管理现状的分析,针对监管中存在的法律问题,阐述物联网技术的引入对于社会源危险废弃物全程追踪的重要意义。建议构建基于物联网技术的社会源危险废弃物全程追踪法律机制。

Currently,the number of hazardous wastes produced in our country every year is startling.These wastes are directly discharged into the environment without any treatment,causing great pollution to the environment,and also seriously threatening human health.Through understanding the definition of the meaning of social hazardous waste,and studying the current management situation,and summarize the legal problems in its supervision.At the same time,In view of the legal problems existing in the supervision,analyze the importance of the introduction of Internet of things technology for the whole process tracking of social hazardous waste.the introduction of the Internet of things technology is of great significance to the whole course tracking of hazardous waste of social sources.Finally,It is suggested to establish a whole process tracking mechanism for social hazardous wastes based on Internet of things technology.
