高职院校社会服务能力建设现状调查分析及解决对策--以黑龙江省为例

The Investigation,Analysis and Countermeasures of the Current Situation of Social Service Capacity Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking Heilongjiang Province as an Example

以黑龙江省高职院校四个年度的教育质量报告为底本,结合《黑龙江省高等教育统计报表》,选择15所样本学校,对高职院校社会服务能力建设情况进行数据调查。根据调查的现状指出存在的问题,分析原因,提出搭建政府、学校、行业、企业协同运作机制和制定激励机制等措施。

Based on the education quality reports of four years of higher vocational colleges,combined with the statistical report of higher education in Heilongjiang province,15 sample schools were selected to conduct a data survey on the social service capacity construction of higher vocational colleges.According to the current situation of the investigation,point out the existing problems,analyze the reasons,and put forward some measures,such as establishing the cooperative operation mechanism of the government,schools,industries and enterprises,and formulating the incentive mechanism.
