高职院校教师教学质量评价体系建设的探索与实践--以黑龙江农业工程职业学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Evaluation System of Teachers’Teaching Quality in Higher Vocational College--Taking Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College as an Example

实施教师教学质量评价,可以科学、准确判断每个教师的工作质量,激发教师工作的积极性,对教育质量保障、教学绩效评定与教师成长发展起着积极的作用。黑龙江农业工程职业学院通过构建“23441”教师教学质量评价体系,即“健全二级督导机制、制定三类评价标准、构建四种评价维度、建立四个评价等级、搭建一个信息化监测平台”,建立了多元评价主体、覆盖全体教师、贯穿教学全过程的教师教学质量评价体系,多维度考评教师教学工作实绩,不断提升教师教育教学能力。

Implementation of evaluation of teachers’teaching quality could estimate teachers’teaching quality scientifically and motivate teachers’work,which may play a critical role in ensuring teaching quality,teaching performance evaluation and teachers’growth and evolution.Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College has established a multiple evaluation subject covering all teaching staff and throughout the whole teaching process,by constructing“23441”evaluation system of teachers’teaching quality--perfecting 2-level supervision mechanism,formulating 3-type evaluation criteria,4 evaluation dimensions,4 evaluation grades and setting up an information monitoring platform in order to evaluate teachers’teaching achievements pluralistically and promote teaching ability.
