“党团班一体化”建设的实效评价指标体系构建与应用

Construction and Preliminary Analysis and Application of effectiveness Evaluation Index System for the Construction of“Party,League and Class Integration Construction”

以“党团班一体化”建设实效为目标,在借鉴国内现有研究基础上,提出“党团班一体化”建设的大学生思想政治教育实效性评教指标体系,包括党带班团集体建设、核心群体建设、班团集体制度建设以及学生思想引领建设,4个一级指标和15个二级指标,并以此为基础,选取江苏信息职业技术等院电子信息182班作为分析对象,为学生思想政治教育工作的建设提供意见。

Aim at the effectiveness effect of the“integrated construction of party,league and class”,in reference to the domestic existing research foundation,put forward party class integration of ideological and political education actual effect appraisal index system,including party lead group class collective construction,the construction of core group,collective system construction and the student thought Leads Construction,4 first-level indicators and 15 secondary indexes,and on this basis,the electronic information 182 class in our college is selected as the analysis object to provide suggestions for the Ideological and political education for students in our school.
