活塞内冷油腔位置对燃烧室强度影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过调整活塞内冷油腔与活塞燃烧室部位的距离,研究内冷油腔位置对活塞表面温度分布、应力分布及疲劳系数的影响。研究表明:活塞内冷油腔位置影响活塞的温度分布和应力分布,内冷油腔与燃烧室距离越近,对燃烧室冷却效果越好,燃烧室温度越低,但相应地,燃烧室传入内冷油腔的热量越多,内冷油腔的温度越高;内冷油腔与燃烧室距离越近,燃烧室应力越大,疲劳系数越小,结构强度越低;反之,燃烧室应力越小,疲劳系数越大,结构强度越好。 The temperature distribution,stress and fatigue factor of the combustion bowl of a piston were studied by adjusting the distance between the oil cooling gallery and combustion bowl.The results showed that the distance affected the temperature and stress distributions of the piston.The closer the distance between the cooling gallery and combustion bowl,the better the cooling efficiency to and the lower the temperature of the combustion bowl,but the more the heat transferring to the oil cooling gallery from the combustion bowl,and the higher the temperature of the cooling gallery.The closer the oil cooling gallery to the combustion bowl,the higher the stress of the combustion bowl,the lower the fatigue factor,and the lower the structural strength.Vice versa.
