摘要
文中主要介绍了针对某混合动力项目换挡拨叉焊接工艺开发工作。利用普氏分析方法从焊接强度、效率、成本等因素着手,比较分析了氩弧焊、CO 2保护焊、激光焊和CMT冷焊4种常用的焊接工艺,选出激光焊接作为项目换挡拨叉的焊接工艺。然后使用田口法,研究了在不同含碳量母材的焊接中,使用功率、焊接速度、离焦量在其限定的范围内对焊缝强度的影响。最后从熔深最大化角度为换挡拨叉上的平焊及角焊分别选择一组最优焊接参数,并进行验证试验,确认了其有效性。
This paper mainly introduces the development of the welding process of a shifting fork for a hybrid power project.Based on the Pugh analysis,four types of welding:TIG welding,CO2 shielded welding,laser welding and CMT welding were compared from welding strength,efficiency and cost.The laser welding appeared to be the best and was selected as the welding process for the shifting fork of this project.The Taguchi method was used to study the influence of the limited values of power,welding speed and defocusing amount on the welding strength of the base materials of different carbon contents.A group of optimal welding parameters were selected for flat welding and fillet welding respectively for the shifting fork in terms of the maximum welding depth,and their effectiveness were verified by welding test.
