摘要
教师课堂育德是教师在课堂教学过程中积极主动地挖掘教学内容的德育价值,并将德育内容有机融入其中,综合显性的、隐性的多种方式引导学生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观的教育活动。教师课堂育德对于立德树人根本任务的实现、学校育人路径的优化、课堂教学改革的深化、学生核心素养的培育都有重要的意义和价值。但是,教师课堂育德在实践中存在育德意识淡薄、育德设计偏差、育德方式错位、育德时机不当的问题。从教师个体角度来说,突破课堂育德困境要在把握学科特质、建立教学规范、回归教学常识、追求教学艺术四个方面努力。具体来说,就是要充分认识学科育德功能,不断提升育德设计能力,转变育德方式,努力培育德育机智。
Teachers’moral education in classroom means that teachers actively explore the moral education value and integrate the moral education content into the teaching process.It’s an educational activity which uses multiple methods to guide students to form the correct values.Teachers’moral education in classroom is very important for the realization of the fundamental task of education,the optimization of the school's education path,the deepening of teaching reform and the cultivation of students'key competencies.However,there are many problems about teachers'moral education in classrooms,such as weak awareness of moral education,deviation of moral education design,dislocation of moral education methods and improper moral education timing.From the perspective of teachers,breaking through the dilemma of moral education in classroom takes efforts in four aspects:grasping subject characteristics,establishing teaching standards,returning to teaching common sense and pursuing teaching art.Specifically,it is necessary to fully understand the moral education function of subject,continuously improve the design ability of moral education,change the methods of moral education and strive to cultivate moral education wit.
