摘要
城乡义务教育一体化进程中的乡村教师治理现代化是指着眼国家全面深化新时代教师队伍建设的时代背景和城乡义务教育一体化的发展机遇,在对乡土文化的浸润式传承、乡村教师的乡土性特质以及城乡教师的差异化发展等方面进行全面统筹的基础上,充分利用现代文明和智能化手段,协助多元主体实现对乡村教师“共治”的过程。当前,城乡义务教育一体化进程中的乡村教师治理面临着治理主体单一,多元化、统筹化状态不显;治理力量分散,凝聚性、协同性较弱;治理过程式微,表面化、形式化问题丛生等现实困境,需要立足“治理主体”和谐化:从“自成一体”到“共治共建”;“治理机制”协同化:从“自上而下”到“互通有无”;“治理目标”长治化:从“线性思维”到“务实长治”,进而推进乡村教师的转型与重塑,落实乡村教师可持续发展的旨归。
The modernization of rural teachers'governance in the process of integration of urban and rural compulsory education refers to the process of assisting multiple subjects to realize"common governance"of rural teachers by making full use of modern civilization and intelligent.The local characteristics of rural teachers and the differentiated development of urban and rural teachers are focusing on the background of the country's overall deepening of the construction of teachers in the new era and the development opportunities of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.At present,the governance of rural teachers is faced with five problems such as:subject single,controling dispersion,etc.
