“工业4.0”时代医药类学生实践能力培养——以内蒙古医科大学为例

实践能力是高等医学院校培养学生专业能力的关键内容,是对理论教学的重要补充和拓展,随着科技发展和“工业4.0”时代的到来,社会和医学领域对高等院校学生提出更高要求,医学教育领域也随之发生革命性变化。针对当前医学教育模式导致的学生学用脱节、实践能力不强等问题,根据医药类学科学生发展情况,我校从学生实际实践需求出发,采取虚拟仿真实验教学,课外科研实践探究,推进创新创业平台发展等措施,转变教学方式,提高学生综合实践能力,为培养社会应用型医药类人才奠定基础。

Practical ability is the key content of cultivating students′professional ability in higher medical schools,and it is an important supplement and expansion to theoretical teaching.With the development of science and technology and the advent of the"Industry 4.0"era,the social and medical fields have put forward higher requirements for college students,and the field of medical education has also undergone revolutionary changes.Aiming at the problems of students′disjointed learning and poor practical ability caused by the current medical education model,according to the development of medical students,based on the actual practical needs of students,our school adopts virtual simulation experiment teaching,extracurricular scientific research practice exploration,and promotes the development of innovation and entrepreneurship platforms to transform teaching methods,improve students′comprehensive practical ability,and lay the foundation for cultivating social applied medical talents.
