城乡居民养老责任观念及其影响因素——基于中部经济欠发达地区J省的实证研究数据

The Concept and Influencing Factors of Eldercare Responsibilities for Urban and Rural Residents:Based on an Empirical Study on J,an Underdeveloped Province in Central China

国家越来越重视发展养老服务,而养老责任观念会影响城乡居民的养老服务选择。了解当前中部经济欠发达地区城乡居民养老责任观念,对其养老服务产业的发展和科学规划有着至关重要的作用。利用CGSS J省数据,运用无序多分类Logisitic回归模型,实证分析中部经济欠发达地区城乡居民养老责任观念及其影响因素。结果表明:年龄、经济收入、女儿数量、养老保险、医疗保险,以及政府提供的生活保障和社会保障,对中部经济欠发达地区城乡居民养老责任观念有显著影响;中部经济欠发达地区城乡居民的养老责任观念正在向多元化发展,但大部分城乡居民仍认为子女应该作为养老责任主体;不同特征中部经济欠发达地区城乡居民的养老责任观念存在差异。

China pays more and more attention to the elderly care service,and the concept of eldercare responsibility will affect the choice of care service for urban and rural residents.Thus,understanding the concept of eldercare responsibilities of urban and rural residents in underdeveloped regions in Central China plays a vital role in the development and scientific planning of the eldercare service industry.Based on the survey data from CGSS in J Province,this paper empirically analyzed the concept and influencing factors of eldercare responsibilities of urban and rural residents in underdeveloped regions in Central China by using the disordered multi-classification logistic regression model.Results show that age,income,number of daughters,endowment insurance,medical insurance,as well as living and social security provided by the government have a significant influence on people’s concept of eldercare responsibility.Although people’s concept in this aspect is becoming diversified,most urban and rural residents still think their children should play a major rolein care providing.Differences exist among urban and rural residents in underdeveloped regions in Central China.
