“三课一体、分层教研”在中职卫生学校教师专业素养提升中的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 在中职卫生学校教师专业素养亟需提升的大背景下,太原市卫生学校结合医护专业特点,采用“三课一体、分层教研”的网络化管理和培养模式,有效提升了教师的专业素养。“三课一体”即“公开课、示范课、比赛课的集体研课、观课、议课”,从横向方面给予教师专业素养提升的机会和平台;“分层教研”即“学科组会、教研室会、学科组长会”,从纵向方面给予贯穿和引导,形成了横纵一体、系统化提升的作用。“三课一体、分层教研”在实施时应做到:机构要完整、分工要明确,组织要有序、目标要清晰。 In the context of the urgent need to improve the professional quality of teachers in secondary vocational health schools,Taiyuan health school,combined with the characteristics of medical care,adopted the network management and training mode of“three courses in one,stratified teaching&research”,which effectively improved the professional quality of teachers.“Three courses in one”refers to“collective research,observation and discussion of open class,demonstration class and competition class”,which provides opportunities and platforms for teachers’professional quality improvement from horizontal aspect,and“stratified teaching&research”refers to“discipline group meeting,teaching&research group meeting,and discipline group-leader meeting”,offering connections and guidance from vertical aspect,which forms the role of horizontal-vertical integration and systematic improvement.The implementation of“three courses in one,stratified teaching&research”should be carried out as follows:the institution should be complete,the division of labor should be limpid,the organization should be orderly,and the goal should be clear.
