“一带一路”沿线国家对建筑企业社会责任期望研究

Research on the Expectation of Social Responsibility of Construction Enterprises in Countries along the Belt and Road

为促进中国建筑企业在"一带一路"沿线国家更加适当地履行企业社会责任,树立良好的中国品牌,塑造令沿线国家信服的中国形象,基于制度理论来分析东道国对建筑企业社会责任期望,建立"一带一路"沿线国家对建筑企业社会责任期望框架。采用聚类分析对"一带一路"沿线国家对建筑企业社会责任期望不同类型进行实证研究。结论表明,基于不同国家特定制度背景下的政治、经济、社会、文化和环境维度的差异性影响,东道国对建筑企业社会责任期望可以划分为"质量""经济""风险""传统"和"综合"5种类型。中国建筑企业在这些国家建设时,须充分考虑东道国对建筑企业社会责任的期望类型,为中国建筑企业更好地在"一带一路"沿线国家因地制宜履行企业社会责任提供参考。

In order to promote Chinese construction enterprises to perform their corporate social responsibility(CSR)more appropriately,and to establish a good Chinese brand and build a convincing Chinese image for countries along the Belt and Road,this paper analyzes the host country’s social responsibility expectations of construction enterprises base on the institutional theory,and establishes a framework for the social responsibility expectations of construction companies in countries along the Belt and Road.Cluster analysis is used to carry out empirical research on different types of CSR expectations of construction enterprises.The results show that the differences on the political,economic,social,cultural and environmental dimensions of different countries under specific institutional background will affect the social responsibility expectation of construction enterprises.The social responsibility expectation of host country can be clustered as five types,including quality,economics,risk,tradition,and comprehensive.Chinese construction enterprises should take into consideration of the host country’s expectations of social responsibility of construction enterprises when they perform construction in countries along the Belt and Road.The research results provide reference for Chinese construction enterprises to better fulfill their CSR in countries along the Belt and Road according to local conditions.
