基于体表网格与影像三维重建的肺小结节精准定位法 被引量:3

A precise method of marking pulmonary nodules based on body surface mesh and three-dimensional image reconstruction

摘要 目的探索基于体表网格与影像三维重建的肺小结节精准定位技术的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析我院2018年10月至2019年10月基于体表网格与影像三维重建定位肺小结节患者22例的临床资料,其中男13例、女9例,年龄58.5(37~72)岁。所有患者均行电视胸腔镜手术(video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery,VATS),统计分析定位成功率、手术时间等临床指标。结果本组22例患者共切除22处肺小结节,小结节平均直径(12±3)mm,距离脏层胸膜的平均距离(17±6)mm。定位成功率86.4%,手术时间(110±43)min,无手术相关并发症。结论基于体表网格和影像三维重建的肺小结节定位技术是一种安全、可靠的定位技术,降低了CT引导下肺穿刺定位技术血气胸的风险。 Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of a precise marking method based on body surface mesh and three-dimensional(3D)image reconstruction.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 22 patients in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.There were 13 males and 9 females aged 58.5(37-72)years.All patients underwent a precise marking of pulmonary nodules based on body surface mesh and 3D image reconstruction.Then,video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)was performed to resect the nodules.The clinical data,including positioning success rate and operation time were analyzed.Results A total of 22 small pulmonary nodules were removed.The average diameter of small nodules was 12±3 mm,and the average distance from the visceral pleura was 17±6 mm.The localization success rate was 86.4%.The operation time was 110±43 min,and there was no surgery-related complication.Conclusion The method of marking pulmonary nodules based on body surface mesh and 3D image reconstruction is a safe and reliable technology,which reduces the risk of hemopneumothorax caused by CT-guided lung puncture.
