庆阳地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染状况及毒力因子分析研究

Analysis on the Infection Status and Virulence Factor of Helicobacter Pylori in Healthy People Under Physical Examination in Qingyang Area

目的分析庆阳地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状况及不同型别的感染特点,为现阶段Hp感染提供防治依据。方法收集2016年1月至2019年12月在庆阳市人民医院进行体检的8321例健康体检者血清标本,采用蛋白质芯片法进行Hp抗体检测,采用Excel 2007和SPSS 22.0统计软件进行整理分析。结果8321例受检者Hp感染率为61.29%,男性和女性感染率分别为57.90%(2894/4998)和66.39%(2206/3323),女性高于男性(χ^2=60.534,P<0.01),不同年龄组中,≤20岁年龄组Hp感染率最高,为72.37%,41~岁年龄组Hp感染率最低,为57.52%(χ^2=35.591,P<0.01)。各型别感染率分别为Ⅱ型最高(38.86%)、Ⅰ型次之(33.59%)、中间型最低(27.59%)。结论庆阳地区健康体检人群Hp感染率较高,相关部门应重视本地区Hp感染的预防工作,倡导健康饮食方式,降低本地区Hp感染率,提高民众生活质量。

Objective This study aims to analyze the infection status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and the characteristics of different types of infection in healthy people under physical examination in Qingyang area,to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of Hp infection at present.Methods The serum samples of 8321 healthy subjects were collected,who had been examined in Qingyang People’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019.The Hp antibody was detected by protein biochip method.The results were sorted and analyzed by Excel 2007 and SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results The Hp infection rate of 8321 subjects was 61.29%,that was 57.90%(2894/4998)in men and 66.39%(2206/3323)in women,and that of women was higher than that of men(χ^2=60.534,P<0.01).Among the different age groups,the Hp infection rate was highest(72.37%)in the≤20-year-old group and lowest(57.52%)in the over 41-year-old group(χ^2=35.591,P<0.01).The infection rates of all types were the highest in typeⅡ(38.86%),followed by typeⅠ(33.59%)and the lowest in the middle type(27.59%).Conclusion The Hp infection rate of the healthy people under physical examination is high in Qingyang area.The relevant departments should pay attention to the prevention of Hp infection in this area,and advocate a healthy diet,so that to reduce the Hp infection rat and improve the life quality of the people.
