摘要
以SY/T 6717—2016《油管和套管内涂层技术条件》为依据,结合SY/T 0315—2013《钢质管道熔结环氧粉末外涂层技术规范》的相关检测方法,通过探讨环氧树脂、固化剂、树脂含量、填料和助剂等对涂膜性能的影响,从而研制出了耐高温、高压以及各项性能指标均符合标准要求的粉末涂料。
This paper based on SY/T 6717—2016 Specification of Inner Coating of Tubing and Casing in combination with the relevant detection methods in SY/T 0315—2013 Technological Specification for External Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating for Steel Pipeline discusses the influence of epoxy resins,curing agents,resin dosages,fillers,and additives on coatings film’s properties.Powder coatings with high temperature and pressure resistance and various performance indicators meeting the standards’requirements are developed.
