The design concept of special high solid epoxy primer for flow painting that can be used on smooth ultra-fort steel,stainless steel,and galvanized surfaces is introduced.Through addition of hydroxy epoxy resin,the product's outstanding adhesion to metal substrates is improved,realizing full coverage of application on stainless steel,galvanized plates,ultra-fort steel,and other substrates.The product also has good fluidity,long pot life,bubble breaking and levelling ability,and high solid content,capable of increasing coatings film thickness and improving the efficiency of product application.The product also has good mechanical properties and salt fog resistance and it can be used in the field of transformers in the future.
