摘要 实现民族教育的内涵式发展,需要探索和建立新的教育评价方式和评价体系,通过评价方式的变化来引领教育的内涵式发展。新著《内地西藏班(校)教育成效研究(1985-2015)》围绕"内地西藏班的教育成效"对民族教育内涵式发展评价进行了一次有益的探索。该书提出的评价体系,注重"一般与特殊、人文与科学、现实与超越"的结合,充分体现了现代教育评价理念。同时,该书的学术价值体现为:系统地呈现了内地西藏班教育的发展成效,实现了我国民族教育评价方式的新突破,为我国民族教育内涵式发展提供导向和依据。 To realize the connotative development of ethnic education,we need to explore and establish a new education evaluation method and system,and realize the connotative development of education through the change of evaluation method.The new book The Study of the Effectiveness of Tibetan Class(school)Education in the Mainland(1985-2015)focuses on the educational effect of Tibetan classes in the mainland and makes a useful exploration on the evaluation of the connotative development of ethnic education. The evaluation system put forward in the book focuses on the combination of"general and special,humanities and science,reality and Transcendence",which fully embodies the concept of modern education evaluation. At the same time,the academic value of the book is as follows:it systematically presents the development effect of Tibetan Class Education in the mainland,realizes the new breakthrough of the evaluation method of ethnic education in China,and provides guidance and basis for the connotative development of ethnic education in China.
