摘要
中小学壮汉双语教师职前培养的主要途径有:培养壮语文专业人才、中等师范学校开设壮语文课程、定向培养小学壮汉双语教师等。进入21世纪以后,壮语文专业人才培养途径减少,师范教育参与中小学壮汉双语教师职前培养的规模较小,定向培养的小学教育壮汉双语毕业生履约率不甚理想。针对广西中小学壮汉双语教育迅速发展的趋势,加强中小学壮汉双语教师队伍职前培养显得紧迫而必要,其基本策略有:充分利用广西壮文学校的办学基础和师资力量,在广西区内的高等师范院校增加壮语文选修课程,提高小学壮汉双语教师定向培养的招生门槛等。
There are basic ways of the Pre-service training about Zhuang-Chinese Bilingual of the primary and secondary schools in Guangxi.such as cultivating talent in Zhuang language,having courses about Zhuang language in the national secondary normal schools,oriented to cultivate Zhuang-Chinese Bilingual teachers of primary school.After entering the 21 st century,cultivation ways reduce about specialized talents of Zhuang language,normal education no longer participate in training about Zhuang-Chinese Bilingual teachers of primary and secondary schools,execution rate is low which is oriented to cultivate Zhuang-Chinese Bilingual teachers of primary schools.In the trend of rapid development about Zhuang-Chinese Bilingual Education in primary and middle schools in Guangxi,it is urgent and necessary that pre-service training is strengthend. There are basic strategies such as to make full use of the foundation of education and the strength of teachers about Guangxi Zhuang Wen School,to improve the curriculum of Zhuang language at normal colleges in Guangxi,and to improve the enrollment threshold of ZhuangChinese Bilingual teachers which is oriented to cultivate in primary schools.
