摘要
美国教育史家斯普林对美国教育历史中的种族歧视与文化冲突有着深刻的揭示与尖锐的批判,并以"文化战争"为关键词定义了美国教育史多元文化世界的族群属性。斯普林通过对美国学校历史故事的独特讲述,彰显了久被遮蔽的美国少数族裔教育史,同时在族群冲突和文化战争的紧张关系中改写了美国教育史。其背后的史家身份成为斯普林教育史学走向激进的直接肇因。
Joel Spring,a famous American educational historian,who defined the ethnic features in the multicultural world of American educational history with key word,culture war,has deeply revealed and sharply criticized the racial discrimination and cultural conflicts in the educational history. Through the unique narration of historical story about the American school,Spring partly reflected the educational history of American minority which has been obscured for a long time,and rewrote the history in the tension of ethnic conflict and cultural warfare. It is the historian identity that caused Spring’s historiography toward radical.
