高校重点关注学生精准化干预对策研究

Research on Precise Intervention Countermeasures of Focused Students in Universities

学生是校园安全稳定的风向标。重点关注学生群体的安全稳定直接关系到部分个体能否在高校中健康成长,学校教育、教学工作能否顺利开展。重点关注学生作为各类问题的高发人群,虽基数少,但造成的影响大。为了推进高校重点关注学生工作的深入开展,提升解决问题的工作能力,本文以北京某学院为例,针对高校重点关注学生群体中出现的突出问题开展深入研究,以期对不同类型重点关注学生开展有效的危机干预,实现帮扶精准化服务。

As the main body of the university,students are the vane of campus safety and stability. And the focused students are the top priority. As a high-risk group with various problems,they have a small number of students,but a big impact,which directly affects the healthy growth of some individuals in colleges and universities and the normal development of college education. Therefore,strengthening the attention to this part of students has become the preoccupation of college students’ work. In order to promote the in-depth development of focused student and enhance the ability to solve problems,this report takes a college in Beijing as an example to carry out in-depth research on the outstanding problems in the focused student group in colleges,to implement effective crisis interventions on different types of focused students and achieve accurate services for assistance.
