摘要
分析了胜任力模型在幼儿教师培训体系构建中的应用价值,阐述了基于胜任力的幼儿教师培训体系的构建过程:培训需求分析、培训计划制订、培训效果评估,提出了基于胜任力的幼儿教师培训的实施建议:更新教学理念,从以培训者为中心转变为以学习者为中心;优化教学内容,以岗位胜任力和绩效为导向;变革教学方式,采用任务驱动型学习模式,最大程度地助推教师专业成长。
This paper analyzes the application value of competency model in the construction of preschool teacher training system.The processes of analyzing demand of training,design of training plan and evaluation of training performance are described based on competency model.The application of the training system based on competency model is discussed:Learner-centered,competency and performance as the teaching content,task-driven learning.
