基于内化视角的大学生清廉教育路径选择

A Pathway Study on Integrity Education of College Student from Internalization Perspective

大学生清廉教育的目的是不断提高大学生道德自律意识,形成清廉无私的道德品质。在道德内化的视角下分析大学生清廉道德品质的内化主体、客体、介体和环境,阐述内化基本要素之间的关系,从不同视角分析大学生清廉道德品质的内化本质,提出在清廉教育的路径选择为:激励内化主体,发挥大学生主体性;充实内化客体,夯实清廉教育内容;完善内化介体,提升介体转化能力;优化内化环境,发挥环境育人功能的基本策略。清廉教育可以提升大学生的清廉道德内化水平、提高大学生的清廉道德品质。

Aiming at raising the self-disciplinary awareness,the integrity education for college students contributes to the selfless dedication as a part of their moral characters.This paper analyzes from the perspective of moral internalization its subject,object,media and environment of integrity character in morality for college students,elaborating the relations between its fundamental elements.Whilst the substance of internalization is revealed within the process of research,the study proposes possible choices of pathway in integrity education in terms of the encouragement of its subject to emphasize the objectivity of college students,the enrichment of its object to consolidate the content of integrity education,the improvement of its media to boost its convertibility,and the optimization of its environment to better the cultivational function in education.These basic strategies are to level up the integrity internalization of morality for college students,and benefit significantly their moral characters.
