摘要
学习故事是一套来自于新西兰的学习评价体系,被广泛用来帮助教师观察、理解并支持幼儿的持续学习。通过学习故事的线上自学、学习故事的线下研讨、学习故事的实践应用将学习故事融入到学前儿童行为观察的教学实践中来发挥其价值。实施结果表明:学习故事能有效的促进幼儿教师的观察、评价、反思及研究等方面的多元能力发展。
Learning story is a learning assessment system from New Zealand that is widely used to help teachers observe,understand and support children’s continuous learning.This study attempts to integrate learning story into the teaching practice of“Preschool Children’s Behavior Observation”through online self-study of learning story,offline study of learning story,practical application of learning story to realize its value.The implementation results show that the learning story can effectively promote the development of kindergarten teachers’multiple abilities of observation,evaluation,reflection and research.
