摘要
中职—高校衔接学前教育人才培养模式是学生在中职学校学前教育专业学习两年,再升入高校学前教育专业继续深造。建构一套适用于中职—高校衔接的学前教育专业人才培养体系,对我国学前教育事业发展具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。通过对中职—高校衔接学前教育人才培养问题的分析,提出中职—高校衔接培养学前教育人才的有效整合的对策。
The training model of preschool education talents linking secondary vocational schools with colleges is that students major in preschool education study in a vocational school for two years,and then enter a college to continue their further major study.This connection model is a gradient upgrade for the training of kindergarten teachers and an effective measure to improve the quality of preschool education talent training.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to construct a set of preschool education professional training system suitable for vocational schools and colleges.Through the analysis of problems existing in the training process,the paper puts forward some effective countermeasures for the training of preschool education talents between secondary vocational schools and colleges.
