探讨综合护理在小儿支气管炎中的临床应用价值

Exploring the clinical application value of comprehensive nursing in children with bronchitis

目的:探究综合护理在小儿支气管炎中的临床应用效果。方法:将近期本院收治的支气管炎患儿根据护理方法分为对照组(实施常规护理)与观察组(实施综合护理干预)。对比两组患儿的症状消失时间以及其家属的护理满意度。结果:经比较,观察组患儿的各项症状消失时间均明显短于对照组,数据行组间比对结果提示具备统计学差异(P<0.05);同时,观察组的护理总满意率为96.0%(48/50),显著高于对照组的70.0%(35/50),数据行组间比对结果提示具备统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿支气管炎的临床护理工作中采用综合护理的方法,能够快速缓解患儿的各项临床症状,同时还能有效提高患儿家属对护理的满意度,值得在临床中使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing in children with bronchitis.Methods:Children with bronchitis admitted to our hospital were divided into control group(conventional nursing)and observation group(implementing comprehensive nursing intervention)according to the nursing method.The time to symptom disappearance and the satisfaction of the care of their families were compared between the two groups.Results:After comparison,the disappearance time of each symptom in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The comparison between the data groups showed statistical value(P<0.05).At the same time,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.0%(48/50),significantly higher than the control group of 70.0%(35/50),the data line group comparison results suggest statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing method in the clinical nursing work of pediatric bronchitis can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,and at the same time effectively improve the satisfaction of family members'care,which is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
