摘要
目的:多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者应用他莫昔芬与氯米芬治疗效果分析。方法:择取2018年1月至2019年1月于本院接受内科治疗的94例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者展开研究分析,以患者床位号奇偶性分成两组,即对照组(47例)、治疗组(47例);对照组接受枸缘酸氯米芬片疗法,治疗组接受枸橼酸他莫昔芬片疗法,比较分析两组治疗后的黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、孕激素(P)等性激素水平以及排卵率、受孕率。结果:对比对照组而言,治疗组在LH、E2、FSH、P方面的数据优势显著,即相应数据比较组间可见明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组排卵率为89.36%,受孕率为36.17%;对照组排卵率为72.34%,受孕率为17.02%;组间差异符合统计学意义成立需求(P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者应用他莫昔芬治疗,相对比氯米芬而言,可以更好地改善患者的性激素水平,对其排卵、受孕均有良好的促进作用。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of tamoxifen and clomiphene in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.Methods:A total of 94 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility who underwent medical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and analyzed.The patient bed number was divided into two groups,namely the control group.(47 cases),treatment group(47 cases);control group received clopidogrel citrate tablets,treatment group received tamoxifen citrate tablets,comparative analysis of two groups of treated luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle estrogen(FSH),progesterone(P)and other sex hormone levels as well as ovulation rate,conception rate.Results:Compared with the control group,the data of the LH,E2,FSH,and P groups in the treatment group had significant advantages,that is,the corresponding data showed significant statistical differences(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of the treatment group was 89.36%.The pregnancy rate was 36.17%;the ovulation rate of the control group was 72.34%,and the pregnancy rate was 17.02%;the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility treated with tamoxifen can improve the sex hormone level of patients better than clomiphene,and promote their ovulation and conception.
