健康教育在40例慢性支气管炎患者护理中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of health education in the nursing of 40 patients with chronic bronchitis

目的:探讨健康教育在慢性支气管炎护理中的效果观察。方法:选取本院接诊慢性支气管炎患者80例分为对照组与观察组,各组40例,分别实施常规护理与健康教育,观察两组患者生活质量变化。结果:观察组患者护理干预3个月后生活质量测评结果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可更好地改善慢性支气管炎患者临床症状,提升生活质量,控制复发率。

Objective:To explore the effect of health education in nursing care of chronic bronchitis.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic bronchitis received in our hospital were divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases in each group.Routine nursing and health education were performed respectively,and the changes in the quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results:The quality of life assessment results of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months of nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic bronchitis,improve the quality of life,and control the recurrence rate.
