腹部联合经阴道超声检查在子宫腺肌病诊断中的应用

Application of abdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of adenomyosis

目的:探讨腹部联合经阴道超声检查在子宫腺肌病诊断中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年4月本院82例子宫腺肌病患者的临床资料,根据诊断方式将其分为两组,即行单纯腹部超声检查的腹超组40例与行腹部联合阴道超声检查的联合组42例。根据病理检查结果,对比经两种检查方案诊断子宫腺肌病的符合率,以及子宫病灶的血流动力学参数。结果:联合组诊断符合率88.10%高于腹超组的55.00%(P<0.05)。联合组检测的子宫动脉搏动指数、子宫动脉阻力指数均高于腹超组(P<0.01),血流速度低于腹超组(P<0.01)。结论:腹部联合经阴道超声检查在子宫腺肌病诊断中具有显著的效果。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of abdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of adenomyosis.Methods:The clinical data of 82 patients with adenomyosis in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the diagnosis methods,they were divided into two groups:40 cases in abdominal ultrasound group and 42 cases in combination group.According to the results of pathological examination,the coincidence rate of diagnosis of adenomyosis and hemodynamic parameters of uterine lesions were compared.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of combined group was 88.10%,which was higher than 55.00%of abdominal ultrasound group(P<0.05).The pulse index and resistance index of uterine artery in the combined group were higher than those in the abdominal ultrasound group(P<0.01),and the blood flow velocity was lower than that in the abdominal ultrasound group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Abdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of adenomyosis has significant effect.
