经阴道超声和腹部超声对异位妊娠诊断的对比观察

Comparative observation of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探究经阴道超声和经腹部超声对异位妊娠诊断的对比情况。方法:将2018年2月至2019年2月一整年内到本院接受检查的104例异位妊娠患者选入此次研究,对入院后的患者全部进行经阴道超声、经腹部超声检查,分别对两种超声检查以及二者联合应用后对异位妊娠的诊断结果进行分析。结果:从对异位妊娠的诊断上来看,经腹部超声和经阴道超声的联合诊断效果最好,其次是经阴道超声诊断,最后为经腹部超声诊断,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:经腹部超声和经阴道超声联合对异位妊娠情况加以诊断获得的准确率更高,在对早期的异位妊娠检查中,可以将这种方式作为首选。

Objective:To explore the comparison of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 104 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were examined in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected for this study.After admission,all patients were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound,respectively.The diagnosis results of ectopic pregnancy after two kinds of ultrasound examinations and their combined application were analyzed.Results:From the perspective of the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,the combined diagnosis effect of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound was the best,followed by transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis,and finally transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis.The contrast was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound is more accurate in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy.This method can be used as the first choice in the examination of early ectopic pregnancy.
